An application how it should be. Awesome idea, simple and perfect realisation. It delivers whats being offered!
I think its the perfect app. You lose your phone what better way to get it back! My readding was quite accurate, off by about 15 or 20 feet the first time, but when i used 3G outside my home it was off by no more than 8 to 10 feet! If Michael figures a better way to get a more precise location, i believe the price would sky-rocket. Soooo worth the current price!
Update!!!!,this app works fine since the update on nov 21
1st~this app isnt so accurate, I launched the app from my apartment and its been off once by a block north of my location and the second time it was a block south off and my other issue is this~when I 1st put in my email addy I put one in the is programed into my iphone so when I went to change to a email addy the the iphone doesnt download it took that email down but still sends emails to the original addy plus the new one I put in. If the developer could address these issues that would be great cuz this app is so worth 0.99
I tried it out twice to see how well the accuracy would fare,and I gotta say Im impressed.I think the "load up" screen is a genius way of allowing the gps to get a more accurate reading. Both times it got my location right on first time to within about 20ft. Well worth the $1,when you consider the money spent on the phone.
This app works great. If I could change the icon, it would be 5 star. Once the word gets out about this app, no one will click the icon once it is stolen.
Every time I open private I , it emails me that they found my iphone in France but its in my hand half way around the world in Canada. What a joke! Not worth a plug nickle.
Some bad moments
Google maps finds me in 3,4 secs accurately, but this app places me at least 15 city blocks away, useless for intended purpose, improve its accuracy and speed and Ill reconsider rating
If your phone is locked ... Someyone have to push the app. To locate it.
Nice idea if it worked. Comes up with an error and cant find where it is. Was nervous about giving out my email address to someone who could sell it. Ended up deleting program and out the $ I paid for it.
Garbage. Wasted .99 and cant get past the very 1st screen. Wants an email address but provides no where to enter it and no way past the message. Damn!!! Why are apps such crap these days?
Just TESTED at my office it might have been off but only a couple of FEET & i mean less then 10 so thats pretty darn good for a BUCK!
Is a great idea, but it pointed me an address blocks away from my phone, they should improve it, I dont see a way to catch a thief without having the exact location.
